• Day on vegetable/bone broth or miso soup. Medical indications: all gastrointestinal diseases.

Not recommended: conducting unloading days on green juices or raw salads in winter. Each of the above options has contraindications.

Limitation of the method: It is necessary to understand that unloading days are unlikely to help in certain cases, such as excess weight, acne, chronic fatigue, digestive problems, discomfort, pain in the digestive tract, and food intolerance.
